The Agilent/HP 8163A mainframe has been discontinued for a long time and replaced by the 8163B now sold with Keysight logo. Still, the older 8163A can host most the modules on the market as long as loaded with the latest firmware. If your 8163A display has gone defect, chances to repair it are not very high as this display is an impossible find on the parts market. You might then be best to consider replacing it.
