Simbol Test Systems provides professional in-lab Polatis optical switch matrix repair and calibration services to help maintain accurate, reliable performance for your optical switching equipment. All calibration services are performed in our laboratory using documented procedures, traceable standards, and experienced technical staff.

The optical section inside Polatis switches is sealed and can only be serviced by Polatis-trained technicians. However, Simbol can support many other service needs, including power supply repair, display repair, button repair, and connector configuration changes. We can also assist with broader troubleshooting and system evaluation.

Full calibration of Polatis multiport switch matrices can be time-consuming and complex. Simbol has developed an automated calibration system to support accurate and repeatable matrix calibration for these units.

Following calibration, your equipment may be returned with a calibration label, calibration certificate, and related calibration data. If additional repair work is required, we can evaluate the unit and provide a repair quotation for approval before proceeding.

Traceability: Instrumentation used during this calibration is traceable to N.I.S.T. (National Institute of Standards and Technology) or C.N.R.C. (Canadian National Research Council).
