The JDSU HA097 is a singlemode 9/125 µm benchtop programmable optical attenuator, and Simbol received training from JDS when this product line was discontinued.

Our service capabilities for the HA097 singlemode optical attenuator include cleaning the attenuation section, realigning internal components, replacing the shutter, changing connectors, and adjusting motor-step memory parameters to help maintain proper attenuation linearity. Following calibration, your equipment may be returned with a calibration label, calibration certificate, and related calibration data. If the unit does not successfully complete calibration, we can evaluate the repair requirements and provide a repair quotation for approval before proceeding.
