Simbol Test Systems provides professional in-lab EXFO WA-1100 Wavelength Meter calibration and repair services for customers who require accurate and reliable performance from their optical test equipment. Send your unit to our lab for a new HeNe laser replacement and a full technical evaluation.

Once the evaluation is completed, you will receive our diagnostic findings and recommendations. If the equipment is worth repairing, we will provide a repair quotation and wait for your approval before proceeding. After repair, your wavelength meter will be returned fully calibrated with related calibration data.

Known WA-1100 error and status messages that may indicate the need for repair or calibration include reference laser no fringes detected, intermittent signal from the reference laser during measurement window, EEPROM read failure, static RAM read/write failure, scan engine no trigger, counting errors, input laser intensity too low, temperature/pressure sensor out of range, and internal communications error.
