The Agilent/HP 8163B mainframe is the generation that followed the monochrome-display 8163A and is now also sold under the Keysight brand. Two versions are commonly found: one with an Ethernet port on the rear panel and one without; both include GPIB. Unlike the older 8163A, display-related failures on the 8163B can often be addressed because replacement display parts may still be sourced.
