The EXFO LFD-300 / TG-300 FiberFinder system is designed to identify specific live optical fibers without interrupting active network traffic, helping reduce service risk during upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

The system typically includes the TG-300 / TG-300B tone generator, which applies a non-disruptive low-frequency modulation signal to the fiber, and the LFD-300 / LFD-300B live fiber detector, which is used at the receiving or patch panel side to detect the injected signature safely. Following calibration, your equipment may be returned with a calibration label, calibration certificate, and related calibration data.
