The 70843A is a high-performance Error Detector / Bit Error Ratio Tester (BERT) and Pulse Pattern Generator (PPG) module used in HP 71612A test systems for digital communications testing from 0.1 Gb/s to 12.5 Gb/s. It is designed for bit error analysis, pattern generation, and verification of high-speed communication devices.
