All calibration services are performed in our laboratory using documented procedures, traceable standards, and experienced technical staff.

The FTB-7400E is a high-resolution metro and CWDM OTDR module designed for advanced fiber characterization across longer metro distances and ITU-based coarse wavelength division multiplexing networks. It delivers precise event detection, splice loss measurement, and fault localization in complex fiber infrastructures.

This module is designed for use within EXFO modular platforms, including the FTB-200 / FTB-200 v2 Compact Platform, FTB-500 Platform, and FTB-2 Pro ecosystem. If the module exhibits measurement drift, reduced dynamic range, trace inconsistencies, or communication issues with the mainframe, we can evaluate the condition and provide appropriate service recommendations.

Following calibration, your equipment may be returned with a calibration label, calibration certificate, and related calibration data. If the module does not successfully complete calibration, we can evaluate the repair requirements and provide a repair quotation for approval before proceeding.

Traceability: Instrumentation used during this calibration is traceable to N.I.S.T. (National Institute of Standards and Technology) or C.N.R.C. (Canadian National Research Council), where applicable.
