The Anritsu MS9740A is a high-performance benchtop Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA) designed for rapid testing and evaluation of active optical devices, including SFP/SFP+ modules, optical transceivers, and VCSEL or DFB optical sources. It covers a wavelength range of 600 nm to 1750 nm, making it suitable for a wide range of fiber optic, telecom, and photonics test applications.
