The Polatis I-VST integrates all-optical switching, variable optical attenuation (VOA), and optical power monitoring (OPM) into a single chassis. Although the standalone legacy VST series has been discontinued by VIAVI Solutions / Polatis, these systems remain valuable in automated fiber layer routing, optical test labs, telecom testing, and network simulation environments.
