Each compatible FH-110 holder has a unique RFID identifier and can be assigned a user-defined name. When the holder is loaded into the SS-110, the system recognizes it and automatically selects the associated stripping mode.

This holder-management capability can be used as a process-control measure in laboratory or production environments. It can also simplify setup when operators regularly change between different fiber dimensions, coating combinations, or stripping processes.

Fiber Holder Compatibility

The SS-110 supports the Fujikura FH-110, FH-100, FH-70, and FH-60 Series fiber-holder families. RFID identification and automatic mode selection apply to compatible FH-110 Series holders.

An adapter is available for FH-70 Series fiber holders. Compatibility with a particular holder depends on the fiber dimensions, blade assembly, heater position, stripping length, and preparation process. These details should be confirmed before ordering or configuring the system.
