At Simbol, we have extensive experience shipping orders worldwide. Whether you are located in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, or Australia, our team can coordinate your shipment efficiently and professionally.

We have shipped to customers in many countries around the world and understand the logistics, documentation, and customs requirements involved in international delivery.

Trusted worldwide for secure delivery of fiber optic and telecom test equipment.

No matter the size of your order, we can ship using your preferred courier and your carrier account number if requested. We schedule daily pickups with major carriers such as FedEx, Purolator, TNT, and DHL.

For larger orders, we are also pleased to coordinate with your preferred freight company, including FedEx Freight and other freight providers.

Customs Documentation and Logistics Support

Simbol’s logistics team can assist you with the documentation required to support smooth customs clearance. Over the years, we have learned that each country may require specific paperwork, and we work carefully to ensure the proper documents are included with every shipment.

Providing accurate shipping documents with complete information helps reduce delays, prevent unnecessary costs, and improve delivery reliability.

From the moment you contact us, we remain in communication throughout the purchase, payment, shipping, and delivery process until you confirm your satisfaction.

Returns, Warranty, and RMA Support

If you need to return equipment under warranty or during the applicable return period, please request an RMA number before shipping the equipment back to us.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the commercial invoice and any additional supporting documents required for the return process.

Large Inventory, Faster Solutions

Our large inventory helps save time and reduce delays. If a unit does not pass pre-shipment quality testing, we often have replacement stock available and can quickly provide another unit.

If the exact model is unavailable, we can often recommend a comparable alternative that meets your requirements. Our inventory depth allows us to deliver high-quality equipment while keeping additional units available for parts when appropriate.

Packaging Care for Sensitive Equipment

To ensure your equipment arrives safely and in excellent condition, professional packaging is essential. Most telecom and optical test equipment is highly precise and sensitive, and some models require specialized protection to withstand transport.

Over the years, we have developed extensive expertise in packaging and shipping locally and internationally. We have learned that optical test equipment requires added protection and extra care during transit.

Our Packaging Standards

  • All orders receive the same high standard of packaging, regardless of size, value, or quantity.
  • Equipment is sealed in a large protective transparent bag to help prevent dust and moisture damage.
  • Boxes are securely taped and strapped when additional stability is required.
  • Each package is clearly labeled with the customer’s address and sales order number for easier identification.
  • All shipments are packed in double-wall boxes with a minimum of 2 inches of shock-absorbing material around the contents.

Advanced Protective Packaging

For medium and large shipments, we use the Instapak foam packaging system. Although more costly than standard packing methods, it provides superior in-transit protection and helps reduce damage, returns, and delays.

Some equipment is shipped using a custom “box-in-a-box” system, especially heavy instruments such as OSAs. This method provides additional structural protection for larger items that could otherwise compress conventional foam packaging during handling or transit.

Our heavy-duty boxes may also include handles to support safer handling for both carriers and recipients.
